Then there is the must-see Larnach Castle – a stately home built in 1871 by 200 workers with seemingly no expenses spared.

At Wal’s you can enjoy The Topiary Cafe, 18 hole mini golf course, 300m driving range, the Living Maze and miniature train rides which operate in the summer months, and plenty of space for all to enjoy the lovely landscaped garden areas. There is also an onsite florist, extensive giftware selection as well as real fruit ice-creams.

Bonnie Knights Motel is 12km south from Dunedin and 12km north from the airport, so no matter which directions you are coming from just look for the turn-off to Mosgiel.
